We want to be a fucking band, you know? We don’t want to be some little indie band forever. Shit. Don’t make us sound too Kanye, okay?

Great lunch date with some badass ladies from Vice, Bust, Small Girls PR, Women’s Media Center, and of course Laura Burhenn from The Mynabirds and The New Revolutionists.
Why’d Pam Choose Her Songs?
PAM’s Playlist (We Are Fine)
1. We Are Fine – Sharon Van Etten
My friend Max Blau did an incredible interview with Sharon van Etten about this
track and I have been hooked ever since…
2. Same Mistakes – The Echo-Friendly
For anyone who watches Girls on HBO, this was the song on the closing credits from
last night’s episode.

1 Tanlines – All of Me
Mixed Emotions is already one of my favorite albums of the year. Tanlines completely killed it with this track, with their poppy hooks and infectious vocals. It made me remember why I loved them so much in the first place.
Thousand Foot Krutch’s latest album is KICKING ASS. Since its release on Tuesday, it’s climbed to #6 on iTunes Top Albums charts, #8 on the Top Singles charts, and #2 on the Rock Charts.
We couldn’t be happier.
